PRODUCTS
As all of our products are individually hand made for you, there may be a very slight variation from the original on screen.
All of the sizes provided are approximate.
YOUR ORDER
Upon receipt of your order we will confirm your order within 1 day of receipt.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made securely on-line through Paypal.
Alternatively payment can be made by personal cheque or postal order. Upon receipt of your order via e-mail we will send details by e-mail of confirmation of your order, postal costs for your order and our postal address.
If you pay by cheque then your order will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.
DELIVERY
Your order will be dispatched within 3-4 days of receipt of your order, if you pay by cheque your goods will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared.
All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail services first class.
All cards are dispatched in hard backed envelopes to protect your purchase.
We always get a proof of posting.
Once your order has been dispatched we will e-mail you to notify you that we have dispatched your goods.
We ask you to please allow up to 7 days after confirmation of dispatch for delivery. If you have not received your goods within 7 days, please e-mail us to let us know.
RETURNS
If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, or the goods are damaged, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 7 days, and we will refund you the price you paid for the item.. Cost of postage for the return of the item will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return it by Recorded mail.. Please contact us prior to returning your goods.
